She also wrote a monthly column on BBC Good Homes (India). Thomas Bailey is a senior Learning & Development leader with over 17 years of experience driving capability strategy, human-centered organizational design, and change management across global brands. He has held key roles in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and People Development at Kimberly-Clark, Nestlé Purina, Coca-Cola Amatil, Blackmores, Canon, and Novartis, as well as NGOs in the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia.

An ICF Accredited Associate Certified Coach, Thomas serves on the divisional council of the Australian Institute of Training & Development and is a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute. He has also been appointed a New South Wales Industry Expert.
